Assetto Corsa Rally 0.3 adds Monte Carlo, 2 cars, dynamic weather, and input/physics updates

Patch 0.3 adds the Monte Carlo rally with Col de Turini and Sisteron, introduces the Skoda Fabia RS Rally2 and Lancia Fulvia Gr.4, expands ACR Events, and updates physics, tires, camera, car visuals, and input handling.

We’ve got the key changes from the official 0.3 update announcement for Assetto Corsa Rally. This patch adds a new rally location, two cars, new tire options, and a spread of gameplay, physics, car, and input updates.

  • Added the fully laser-scanned Monte Carlo rally.
  • Added two special stages: Col de Turini (18 km) and Sisteron (13 km).
  • Added dynamic weather within the same race, including changing snow/tarmac conditions and dynamic snow.
  • Added 4 new ACR Event groups and 40 new ACR Events.

  • Updated steering ratio for the Lancia Rally 037.
  • Reviewed combined grip model for all surfaces.
  • Reviewed pneumatic trail model and FFB for all surfaces.
  • Tire thermal evolution is currently disabled while the system is being reworked.

Gameplay and UI

  • Added camera yaw and roll customization.

Fixes and input

  • Added gamepad steer filter options and removed the default steer dead zone; on first relaunch, values reset.
  • Added soft lock option for steering wheels.
  • Fixed Xbox wireless gamepad detection.
  • Fixed hitches caused by authentication recovery while playing.
  • Fixed or adjusted several car-specific visual issues, including badges, wheel offsets, lights, textures, window fog, dirt/damage effects, and latch animations.

For league ops, we should refresh control setup guidance, rebuild event presets around Monte Carlo’s mixed conditions, and confirm allowed tire choices for fairness.

  • The Col de Turini is a legendary mountain stage of over 18 km, defined by relentless elevation change, extreme technicality, and minimal margin for errors.
  • While The Sisteron stage is a fast and flowing 13 km route. It features wide, well-surfaced roads with long, open corners, rapid direction changes, and several high-speed sections.
