The original Founding League program is closed. The Racey Operator Pilot is a small, invite-only cohort for up to 10 serious league admins who want hands-on migration support and direct input into the product.
Why Operator Pilot, why now
Racey launched its Founding League program in early 2026 to onboard its first five league operators. That cohort is full and closed. The platform has since shipped Race Control, broadcast overlays, AI-assisted stewarding, full Discord integration, and a livery gallery — and the core is now stable enough to absorb new leagues without babysitting each one.
The Operator Pilot is the next wave — but it is not a mass onboarding. We are deliberately capping it at ten leagues. Each one gets direct founder attention during migration and a full season of hands-on support. That means we can actually observe where the workflow breaks, fix it live, and build the features that real league operations demand rather than what we assume they demand.
This is meaningfully different from the Founding League program. Founding leagues were invited; pilot leagues apply and are selected. Founding leagues got lifetime Enterprise free; pilot graduates get 50% off for life — a real, sustainable commercial relationship rather than a permanent subsidy.
If you run a serious iRacing league — consistent race nights, a returning roster, some operational complexity that spreadsheets are no longer handling cleanly — the Operator Pilot is built for you.
Four commitments to every pilot league
Not a free trial. A structured partnership with real obligations on both sides.
We move your results, standings, rosters, and historical data from your existing tools. You focus on running your league.
A private channel with the Racey founder — not a support queue. Questions answered same day. Feature requests heard.
Full Enterprise tier for the entire pilot season: Race Control, broadcast overlays, AI stewarding, Discord integration.
Leagues that complete the pilot and remain active graduate to 50% off the Enterprise plan for life.
What Racey asks of you
Three commitments. None are optional.
Run one real season on Racey
Use Racey as your primary ops platform for a full season — scoring, results, stewarding. Not just a trial.
Provide honest feedback
We need to know what breaks, what is confusing, and what you wish existed. Vague "looks good" is not useful feedback.
Allow showcase use
With your explicit permission, we may reference your league name and logo on Racey's public surfaces as a case study.
Apply for the Operator Pilot
We review every application manually. You will hear back within 48 hours of submission — usually sooner.
