Pricing Questions

How does the 90-day free trial work?

Every new signup gets full Pro access for 90 days. No credit card required. You get access to every Pro feature from day one. If you don't upgrade by day 91, your account switches to the Free tier, but all your data stays intact and exportable.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes. You can switch at any time from your account settings. When moving to annual billing, you'll be credited for any unused time on your current monthly cycle.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade from Pro to Free, your leagues, seasons, results, and history remain fully accessible and exportable. Features like stewarding and overlays will be paused, but nothing is deleted.

Do you take a commission on entry fees?

Never. Entry fees go directly to your Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Racey never touches your money. The only fees are Stripe's standard processing fees (typically 2.9% + 30c).

What's included in the launch special?

The first 45 leagues to sign up for Pro get locked in at $6.99/month (or $59/year) for life. This price never increases for these leagues, even as we add more features.

What counts as a "founding member"?

The first 5 leagues to sign up get Enterprise-tier access completely free, forever. This includes multi-league org management, white-label branding, custom domains, and all future Enterprise features.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of any payment, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

Do I need to pay for each driver?

No. Pricing is per league, not per driver. Free includes up to 30 drivers, and Pro/Enterprise include unlimited drivers at no extra cost. Drivers never pay to use Racey.
