1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Racey ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Racey is a sim racing league management platform that provides tools for scoring, stewarding, registration, broadcast overlays, analytics, and league administration. The Platform integrates with third-party sim racing services (e.g., iRacing) but is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and promptly update it if it changes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Platform without permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
5. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create on the Platform (league configurations, rulesets, scoring presets, comments, etc.). By posting content, you grant Racey a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute that content as part of operating the Platform.
6. League Administration
League administrators are responsible for managing their leagues, including enforcing their own rules, handling protests, and managing rosters. Racey provides tools to facilitate this but does not intervene in league governance decisions.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid features are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Racey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
