You can now message other drivers and organisers privately on Racey, as long as you share a league or team.

• Start a conversation from someone's driver profile: press Message. In a chat, an @mention opens the profile.
• Message requests: the first message is a request. They can accept, decline or block, and until they accept you can send up to 3 messages. If they decline, you aren't told.
• You stay in control: block someone from the request or from the chat, turn direct messages off, and choose your alerts and read receipts, all under Settings → Privacy → Messages.
• Private: only the two of you can read a direct message, and alerts never include what it says. Racey staff only see a message if someone in the conversation reports it.

Every league on Racey now has conversations built in:

• League chat for everyone in the league, with replies, @mentions, reactions, pins and search.
• Organisers thread: any member can message the league's organisers directly.
• Team chat for each team.
• Announcements you publish are posted in the league chat too.

Organisers can choose who can post, lock the chat to members, and remove messages with a reason. Anyone can report a message, and you choose your own alerts and read receipts under Settings → Privacy → Messages.

The Racey Blog is live — in the site header, on the homepage, and on league dashboards — covering league operations and sim-racing platform news. Posts are drafted by an automated pipeline and reviewed by a human before anything publishes. Separately, creating a league now auto-creates a draft Season 1, so setup starts from a working season shell instead of an empty league.

A new /compare hub with sourced, feature-by-feature comparisons against SimGrid, Xtreme Scoring, iRLeagueManager, SimRacing.GP, and the spreadsheet workflow — every competitor claim traces to a cited, dated source. It anchors to our long-form guide, How to Run an iRacing League.

Each car class can now run Pro and Am sub-championships with their own standings, scored from the same results as the overall championship. Team championships land alongside driver standings, so multi-driver outfits finally have a table of their own.

Result files are now ingested losslessly — everything in the file is kept, not just the finishing order. On top of that data: a new Pulse results view, per-driver result pages, and lap charts for digging into how a race actually unfolded.

The results importer was rebuilt end-to-end: iRacing export files are unwrapped and parsed correctly, finishing positions land where they should, and drivers who actually raced are approved automatically instead of waiting in a queue. Twin-format events (two duels feeding one round) are now scored as a single round with stats computed across both races.

Rounds and seasons now have a real lifecycle. Cancel a round and restore it later, clear results to re-import cleanly, and delete with guardrails so nothing disappears by accident. Season schedules render in date order, and roster requests can now be denied as well as approved.
