Le Mans Ultimate 1.2.2.0 patch update

This patch focuses on online championship flow, co-op completion, driver swaps, HUD/MFD fixes, server stability, and race control settings, with additional setup, replay, input, and track-limits adjustments.

We’ve logged Le Mans Ultimate’s 1.2.2.0 patch, published on 20 January, as a stability-and-operations update with several fixes that matter for online championships, co-op events, driver swaps, and admin-side race setup. Full notes are in the official patch post.

What changed

Online, championships, and co-op

  • Fixed championship standings not appearing after completing a race.
  • Fixed completed championships being unselectable.
  • Fixed being unable to complete co-op events.
  • Fixed errors and occasional crashes on server shutdown.
  • Fixed disconnect-related network statistics in log files.

Driver swaps, teams, and race management

  • Fixed body damage resetting after a driver swap when local invulnerability was enabled.
  • Fixed a rare case where the incoming driver had no HUD after a swap.
  • Fixed spectator timing differences being calculated via Safety Car lap simulation.
  • Fixed inaccurate post-race drive times in Teams RaceControl.
  • Added tyres as a per-race setting in championships.

HUD, MFD, and UI

  • Fixed pit stop HUD info not showing everything when serving a time penalty.
  • Fixed repair options in the MFD not updating after yellow then red damage.
  • Fixed crashes related to the HUD MFD timing page.
  • Sped up held-button fuel adjustments in the MFD.
  • Fixed relative timing differences not working while the car was in the garage.
  • Fixed several UI issues including countdown formatting, online schedule card styling, and event cards.

Gameplay, physics, and track limits

  • Fixed players being able to drive before they should at race starts.
  • Fixed pit-stop delay caused by repeatedly cancelling repairs.
  • Recalibrated wet track limits to updated wet-weather physics.
  • Slightly increased penalties for running off track.
  • Fixed an incorrect illegal pit-lane switch trigger at pit entry in some off-track cases.
  • Fixed undercarriage sparks appearing in the wrong place.

Tech, liveries, input, and replay

  • Added an Enable Plugins toggle in settings.
  • Prevented a crash from an invalid vehicle_settings.json file.
  • Fixed custom liveries sometimes loading as carbon.
  • Updated Moza presets for R3, R5, R9, R12, and added R16.
  • Improved live replay scrubbing.

We should update our league briefing to cover the per-race tyre setting, the slightly harsher off-track penalties, and revalidate any co-op, driver-swap, and championship workflows before the next event.
