RaceRoom patch notes - 6 August 2026
RaceRoom pushed a small unversioned patch with an 8.3 MB download, a DTM 2002 pitstop fix, Bentley Continental GT3 physics and BoP changes, a leaderboard reset, and a fix for a Laguna Seca loading crash.
We’ve logged a small RaceRoom patch published on 6 August 2026. According to the official patch notes, the download size is 8.3 MB, with client version 0.9.8.06 and BuildID 24587609.
What changed
Gameplay
- Fixed DTM 2002 pitstops where cars could not perform tyre changes.
Cars
- Bentley Continental GT3 received BoP work intended to slow it down.
- Updated the relationship between ride height, rake, and drag for the Bentley Continental GT3.
- Increased the effect of downforce balance shift caused by rake for the Bentley Continental GT3.
- Fine-tuned the Bentley Continental GT3 base setup.
- Leaderboards were reset alongside these Bentley Continental GT3 changes.
Stability
- Fixed an issue that could cause the game to crash to desktop while loading Laguna Seca.
For league ops, we should update any Bentley GT3 setup guidance, note the DTM 2002 pitstop fix for race control, and expect refreshed benchmark times after the leaderboard reset.
