Assetto Corsa EVO Early Access Release 3 adds multiplayer, cars, tracks, and tyre/FFB updates
Early Access Release 3 for Assetto Corsa EVO is live, introducing the first step of multiplayer alongside new cars, Red Bull Ring and Spa-Francorchamps, HUD/UI updates, server and replay improvements, fixes, and a new tyre model with FFB changes.
We’ve got a major Early Access update for Assetto Corsa EVO: Release 3 is live now and brings the first step of multiplayer, plus new content and broad gameplay, UI, netcode, and physics changes. The official announcement and patch notes are in this release post.

- Multiplayer has been introduced as Step 1.
- Server stability, lobby filters, sorting, and persistence were improved.
- Setup messages and netcode safety checks were updated.
- Paintshop got performance optimizations and parts categories.
- HUD/MFD updates include hidden-HUD behavior fixes and new widgets for pit limiter, wrong way warnings, and FF strength.
- Replay metadata and tagging were added, and end-of-session replays are now available.
- Driving/onboard camera and HUD layout persistence was improved, including triple-screen layout support.

- Eco/Road compounds now have more predictable grip.
- Performance compounds gained grip and improved thermal behavior.
- Slip/slide recovery was made more natural.
- Road feedback from bumps and kerbs was improved.
- Global tyre damping was adjusted.
- Optional FFB effects were added for G-force, kerbs, slip, and ABS.
- Default FFB gain was increased for the Dallara, with low-speed vibration improvements.
Fixes
- Fixed sporadic crashes when joining multiplayer sessions.
- Fixed setup page hanging during multiplayer session changes.
- Server list now shows only unique servers and remembers filters/sorting.
- Fixed opponent audio issues.
- Reduced spammy logs, desyncs, and crashes with various optimizations.
- Fixed or updated car-specific items for the Caterham Academy, Mazda MX5 Cup, BMW M4 GT3, and Porsche 964 X88.
We should refresh our servers and league presets for 0.3, then revalidate multiplayer joins, replay capture, track/car rotations, and any setup baselines affected by tyre and vehicle changes.
