RENNSPORT hotfix updates contest flow, championship scoring, and GT3 fixed setups
The latest RENNSPORT hotfix addresses DLC-related issues, fixes championship and crossplay bugs, reworks GT3 fixed setups, and cleans up several UI and localization problems.
RENNSPORT has published Hotfix 2 for its Endurance Classics rollout, described as version 1.2.7 in the official notes. The patch focuses on additional DLC-related issues, race flow fixes, scoring corrections, and UI clean-up. Full details are in the official hotfix notes.
What changed
Cars
- GT3 fixed setups were completely reworked to target closer, more balanced performance across all cars in fixed-setup races.
- The McLaren 720S GT3 Evo had its weight corrected to align with GT3 regulations.
- The Porsche 956 no longer jumps the start under automatic assists before the green flag.
Events and race flow
- In Custom Contests, steering wheel buttons can now be used to accept the Code of Conduct, and the screen should no longer lock up.
- A crossplay bug was fixed where crossplay-disabled races with only one player per platform could throw a confusing error and place drivers alone in a race.
- Nürburgring track variants were reordered in the track list: GP first, then GP Fast Chicane, then the full 24h layout.
- The post-finish screen now remains visible 7 seconds longer before final results appear.
- The pitlane speed limit warning now appears correctly when spawning directly in the pit box.
- The Allowed Models list now includes manufacturer names as well as model names.
Championship and standings
- The standings screen no longer skips ahead too quickly after races.
- A multi-class scoring issue that mixed up final standings order was fixed.
- Total Score leaderboards now show the correct rank number.
UI and localization
- The 24 Hours of Le Mans logo was resized on menu screens.
- The PC benchmark FPS graph no longer clips outside chart boundaries.
- Text alignment was cleaned up on the main Championship page.
- Translation fixes were made across French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, and Russian.
For league ops, we should retest any fixed-setup GT3 series, verify multi-class result handling, and brief drivers on the custom contest and crossplay flow changes.

-
Hotfix 2 - Technical Patch Notes
Today we deployed version 1.2.7 to address additional issues with the DLC. Another patch/update is also already in the works.
Race and Content Updates
[*] Custom Contests: You can now use your steering wheel buttons to accept the Code of Conduct. The screen will no longer lock up. [/*][*] Crossplay: Fixed a bug where running a crossplay-disabled race with only one player per platform caused a confusing error and put you into a race completely alone. [/*][*] Track Lists: Rearranged the Nürburgring track variants so they make sense: GP layout first, then GP Fast Chicane, and finally the full 24h track. [/*][*] Le Mans Logo: Resized the 24 Hours of Le Mans logo so it fits nicely on the menu screens without looking massive. [/*]
Championship Mode
[*] Standings Screens: Fixed an issue where the standings screen would skip ahead too fast. You now have proper time to check the points after a race. [/*][*] Multi-Class Racing: Fixed a scoring bug that mixed up the final standings order for multi-class grids. [/*][*] Leaderboards: Fixed the leaderboards so your actual rank number shows up correctly on the Total Score board. [/*]
Gameplay and Pitlane
[*] GT3 Fixed Setups: Completely reworked default GT3 setups to ensure closer, more balanced performance across all cars in fixed-setup races. [/*][*] McLaren 720s GT3 Evo: Fixed the car's weight to bring it in line with GT3 regulations. [/*][*] Porsche 956: Fixed a bug where cars using automatic assists would jump the start and accelerate before the green flag. [/*][*] Pitlane Speed Indicator: Fixed a bug where the pitlane speed limit warning didn't show up on your screen if you spawned directly inside the pit box. [/*][*] Race Finish Screen: The screen right after you cross the finish line now lasts 7 seconds longer. This gives you more time to see what is happening on track before the final results menu pops up. [/*][*] Car Eligibility: The "Allowed Models" list on race screens now actually includes the car manufacturer's name, not just the model. [/*]
UI and Localization
[*] PC Benchmark: Fixed the FPS performance graph so it actually stays inside the chart boundaries instead of clipping off the screen. [/*][*] Menu Text: Cleaned up text alignment on the main Championship page. [/*][*] Language Fixes: Fixed typos, capitalization, and awkward text spacing across French, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Polish, and Russian translations. [/*]
