iRacing 2025 Season 4 Patch 4 update

- Fixed a recent issue where framerate could drop significantly after racing for some time.
- Slightly improved precision for verifying missed checkpoints and course-cut black flags.
- AI drivers were improved at Circuit des 24 Heures du Mans.
- Fixed an audio issue where nearby opponent car RPM could sound much too high.
- Improved the performance and functionality of the Skew (S) meter.
- Corrected some Best Times and Delta Times bindings.
- Added a subtle background to the player entry for Relative Brake Bias.
- Fixed the FOV calculator so it accepts text input in Settings.
- Fixed Custom Sector +/- time display behavior.
- Fixed a Camera Tool context-menu crash-to-desktop issue.
- Updated to the latest Simucube API.

- Audi 90 GTO: brake bias adjustments are now allowed in Fixed Setup events.
- Cadillac CTS-V Racecar: all vehicle damage can now be fully repaired during pit stop repairs.
- Ford Mustang GT4: improved windshield wiper animations and visual effects.
- HPD ARX-01c: brake bias adjustments are now allowed in Fixed Setup events.
- Nissan GTP ZXT: brake bias adjustments are now allowed in Fixed Setup events.
- Pontiac Solstice: all vehicle damage can now be fully repaired during pit stop repairs.
- VW Jetta TDI Cup: all vehicle damage can now be fully repaired during pit stop repairs.
- Dallara IR-05: brake bias adjustments are now allowed in Fixed Setup events.
- Riley MkXX Daytona Prototype - 2008: all vehicle damage can now be fully repaired during pit stop repairs, and brake bias adjustments are now allowed in Fixed Setup events.
We should update fixed-setup briefing notes, verify pit repair assumptions for affected cars, and remind stewards that checkpoint/course-cut detection precision has changed.
