EA SPORTS WRC outlines 2024 roadmap, October expansion, and Season 6 Rally Pass changes
The new roadmap sets an October release window for the 2024 Season Expansion, adds two post-launch DLC packs planned for winter and spring 2025, and starts Season 6 Rally Pass on July 30 with unlock changes based on player feedback.
We’ve got a forward-looking update for EA SPORTS WRC: Codemasters and EA have shared the game’s 2024 roadmap, covering an October expansion, follow-up DLC timing, and immediate changes to the Rally Pass. Full details are in the official roadmap post.

- Shifting gears towards the immediate future now, we’re pleased to announce that the Season 6 Rally Pass** begins next week, from July 30.
- Based on player feedback received throughout the past year, we have made a number of changes to the Rally Pass, to improve the experience for all players.
- For the first time, players can unlock liveries for cars outside of the WRC (Rally1) class, as well as additional sponsor decal sets for the livery editor.
- The 2024 season is expected to consist of online qualifiers[url=https://racenet.com/ea_sports_wrc] via Racenet, and an in-person final where the top players compete for the title of esports WRC World Champion. The series will challenge players across a range of locations and conditions in Rally1 cars.
