The X100 Chaser and Mark II both launched in September 1996, though the X100 Mark II was replaced in 2000 while Chaser production continued into 2001. · Toyota Mark II Tourer V · In Tourer V trim, both use the single-turbo, VVT-i 2.5-liter 1JZ-GTE straight-six, officially rated at the Japanese industry’s 280PS limit (equivalent to 276hp), driving the rear wheels through either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. |
