rFactor 2 patch update: GT3 Hotfix Release
An unversioned rFactor 2 hotfix updates the GT3 car pack to v3.53 across multiple models, with fixes for wet-tire crashes, brake light visibility, showroom loading, and a throttle-on-downshift change.
We’ve got a small GT3-focused rFactor 2 hotfix: multiple GT3 cars have been updated to v3.53 in the official GT3 Hotfix Update Release.

For league ops, we should require all GT3 drivers and servers to update to v3.53, run a quick wet-weather server test, and note the downshift throttle change in pre-race comms.

Studio 397 announced that Circuit de la Sarthe and the Ferrari 488 GTE/GT3 will be removed from the Steam store on January 1, 2025 due to expiring licensing agreements. Existing owners keep access online and offline, but the content will no longer be sold or included in new bundles after that date.

rFactor 2 has moved its new Online Experience from release candidate to the public build, adding ranking, scheduled races, in-game server hosting, account-linked rewards, and several gameplay/client fixes.
