F1 25 update 1.23 adds Madrid kerbs and wheel/controller fixes
Patch 1.23 for F1 25 adds sausage kerbs at Madrid turn 5, resets the Madrid Time Trial leaderboard, and includes wheel, splitscreen, UI, and stability fixes.
We’ve got a small but relevant F1 25 patch coming with the 2026 Season Pack update. Per the official patch announcement, v1.23 goes live on Monday, June 29.
What changed
Cars / tracks
- Added sausage kerbs to the inside of the chicane at turn 5 in Madrid.
- As a result of that track change, the Madrid Time Trial leaderboard is being reset.
- Fixed an issue where the player’s selected livery was not shown during Invitationals.
Wheels & controllers
- Added support for the Nacon Revosim on PlayStation 5.
- Fixed the in-game rotation angle setting so it now applies correctly when wheel base tuning is set to Auto on certain Thrustmaster wheels on Xbox, including TMX, TX, T128, T248, and T598.
- Fixed an issue preventing the LSB and RSB buttons from working correctly on the Thrustmaster T598 on Xbox.
- Added the SF25 Preset control scheme for the Thrustmaster T598 on Xbox.
Splitscreen
- Fixed an issue where Player 1 could, in some circumstances, edit Player 2’s car setup.
- Fixed an issue where Player 1’s ERS dial was not visible in One Shot Qualifying.
Miscellaneous
- Fixed an issue where Distance to Pit Limiter was sometimes displayed incorrectly.
- Fixed incorrect Power Unit Supplier logos when starting a new 2025 Career.
- Fixed minor graphical issues in pitlanes and garages at various tracks.
- Fixed occasional crashes when connecting and disconnecting controllers and wheels.
- Added various UI and stability improvements.
For league ops, we should brief drivers on the Madrid kerb change, retire any old Madrid benchmark laps, and have Xbox wheel users recheck rotation and preset behavior before race night.
