League Rules

🏎️ On-Track Conduct

• Hold Your Brakes: If you spin out or crash, hold your brakes completely locked until your car stops moving. Do not let the car roll backward across the track.

• Safe Re-entry: Look at your relative UI map before returning to the racing surface. Re-entering blindly into oncoming traffic will result in an immediate post-race penalty or disqualification.

• The "One-Move" Rule: You may make only one defensive move to guard a position approaching a corner. Weaving, blocking, or changing your line under braking is strictly forbidden.

• Give Racing Room: If an overtaking car has their front wheels alongside your cockpit before the turn-in point, you must leave them at least one car-width of track space.

⚙️ iRacing Automated Enforcement

• Incident Point Limit: The server is set to auto-detect incidents.

• 18x total incidents = Automatic Drive-Through Penalty.
• 25x total incidents = Automatic Disqualification (DQ) from the session.

• Chat Restrictions: The built-in iRacing voice/text chat must remain a Stream Safe area. Pass Left, Right, Thank You etc. All other chat is to be used in the Discord Race Chat.

⚖️ Post-Race Stewarding

• How to Protest: Submit your incident report to the #steward-protests channel between 24 and 48 hours after the race finishes. Include the lap number, driver names involved, and a short video clip showing both the chase cam and cockpit perspectives.

Code of Conduct

GENERAL PRINCIPLES

1.1 League Jurisdiction

This Sporting Code governs all official operations of the League. By registering for or participating in any league-sanctioned event, drivers explicitly agree to be bound by the regulations herein. Jurisdiction applies to:

• All live in-sim sessions (Practice, Qualifying, and Race).

• The official League Discord server, including text channels, voice channels, and direct messages with staff.

• Any external promotional or media platforms representing the league.

1.2 Standards of Sportsmanship & Conduct

Drivers must conduct themselves with competitive integrity, professionalism, and mutual respect.

• Abuse and Harassment: Threatening language, personal insults, slurs, toxic behavior, and targeted harassment directed at drivers or officials will not be tolerated. This applies equally to in-game chat and the Discord server.

• Retaliation: Intentional on-track retaliation, "revenge crashing," or using a vehicle as a weapon will result in an immediate, permanent ban from the league without appeal.

• Public Disrepute: Drivers must not bring the league into disrepute through public smear campaigns, bad-faith accusations of cheating, or toxic venting in public text channels.

The League Administration Board holds supreme authority over the interpretation, application, and execution of these rules. Admins reserve the right to issue penalties, disqualifications, grid drops, or server bans at any time to preserve the integrity of the league.

Decisions made by the Administration Board are final and binding.

2.2 Safety and Licensing Criteria

To maintain a high standard of competitive safety, drivers must meet the following minimum thresholds prior to entering their first championship event:

• Minimum License: Class D (2.50 Safety Rating) or higher.

SECTION 3: RACE WEEKEND & SESSION RULES

3.1 Practice Sessions

• Purpose: Official practice sessions are designed for track acclimation, setup adjustments, and race-pace evaluation.

• Conduct: While aggressive racing is discouraged in practice, drivers must still obey standard yellow flag procedures and safe track entry rules.

Reckless driving or deliberate crashing during practice will face administrative warnings or penalties.

3.2 Lone Qualifying Formatting

• Format: All qualifying sessions will utilize the standard iRacing Lone Qualifying format, giving each driver a clean, vacant track to set their times.

• Track Limits: Any off-track incident (1x) or loss of control (2x) sustained during a qualifying lap will instantly invalidate that specific lap time.

• Interference: Drivers are strictly prohibited from manipulating the qualifying system, such as driving backwards, parking on the racing line to create obstacles, or attempting to artificially heat tires using unauthorized methods.

• Pace Lap Formation: Drivers must form two distinct, parallel columns as indicated by the iRacing interface. Drivers must maintain a consistent, safe gap to the car directly ahead (approximately 1 to 2 car lengths).

• Tire Warming: Tire warming (weaving or aggressive braking) is permitted only on the first half of the pace lap and only if it does not cause severe speed fluctuations.

Tire warming is strictly prohibited once the Pace Car turns its lights off or exits the racing surface.

• Leader Control: The pole-sitter (Race Leader) controls the pace of the field once the Pace Car pulls into pit lane. The leader must maintain a consistent, predictable speed. Brake-checking, excessive slowing, or sudden acceleration/deceleration cycles designed to trick the field are forbidden.

• The Start Flag: Live racing begins the exact moment the green flag drops or the green lights illuminate

SECTION 4: ON-TRACK CONDUCT & RACING RULES

4.1 Overtaking Authority & Overlap Requirements

• Burden of Safety: The primary responsibility for executing a safe pass rests on the overtaking car. However, the car being overtaken must not make unpredictable or illegal moves to defend.

• Established Overlap: To earn the right to racing room inside an approaching corner, the overtaking car must establish significant, visible overlap before the turn-in point of the corner is reached.

4.2 Defensive Lines and Blocking Boundaries

• The One-Move Rule: A defending driver may make exactly one lane change to protect their position on a straightaway approaching a corner. This move must be made smoothly and early.

• Blocking Defined: A defensive move is an illegal block if it is made in direct reaction to the trailing car's movement.

4.3 Track Limits and Expectations

• Boundary Definition: Track limits are strictly defined by the iRacing
